Luminaries, stars, & sledding

You missed out if you missed R Park’s Winter Solstice Celebration!  The Winter Solstice marks the onset of winter and is celebrated across the world.

Rendezvous Lands Conservancy hosted hundreds of community members of all ages for an evening fun. Special partners, Jackson Hole Public Art created an interactive art experience complete with hundreds of ice luminaries. Wyoming Stargazing had their giant telescope showing off planets, stars, nebulae and galaxies.

Adults gathered the courage to sled the big knoll (even breaking their sleds while at it!). Cookies and caroling around one of the bonfire were favorites also.
